Mark Resort sits in Al Kawther, between the El Mamsha promenade and the Airport Road, in the part of Hurghada where people actually live all year: shops, cafés, clinics and schools are within walking distance, and the airport is a few minutes away. This is a town-centre address rather than a resort strip — the trade-off is convenience over a beach at the door. The development covers a plot of about 7,050 m² with six residential entrances, bounded to the west by Safaga Street with a public garden alongside it. Inside there are several swimming pools at courtyard and roof level, a children's water-play area, planted courtyards and commercial units at street level.
